At Crews Subaru of Charleston, we love a cute dog clip every now and then, especially when they feature our favorite brand.
That's a classic, alright, but there's more to the "Dog Test. Dog Approved®" campaign than you might think. Subaru has partnered with the Center for Pet Safety to bring our furry friends' safety to the forefront of automotive technology.
Currently, there are no federal laws in place to ensure that our pets are protected on the road and the Center for Pet Safety aims to change that. Additionally, the independent third party engages in all sorts of tests to rate and recommend the range of harnesses, crates, and carrier products on the market. With Subaru's help, the non-profit is making an effort to develop better technology and to raise awareness about pet safety around the country.
