Crews Subaru had an incredible October filled with community involvement, local partnerships, and support for causes that make a difference across the Lowcountry. As part of Subaru Loves Pets Month, we joined forces with organizations dedicated to animal welfare while continuing our support of local schools, sports teams, and charitable events. From sponsoring the Summerville Oktoberfest, Hanahan High School football, Charleston Battery soccer, and SC Stingrays hockey, to helping "Stuff a Subaru" with donations for the Charleston Animal Society, October showcased our ongoing commitment to giving back. As we head into November, we're excited to continue supporting meaningful causes throughout our community, including veterans, cancer research, literacy programs, and the kickoff of the Subaru Share the Love® Event.

October 3rd: Summerville Oktoberfest - We were the automotive sponsor of the Summerville Rotary Club Oktoberfest.
October 9 and 16: Hanahan Football - We are a sponsor of the Hanahan High School Football team.
October 10 and 24: Charleston Battery Soccer Game - Crews Subaru is the automotive sponsor of the Charleston Battery Soccer team. These were their last regular season home games.
October 17 - 24: CAS Spay Neuter "Stuff a Subaru" - In honor of Subaru Loves Pets month, we collected dog food in our showroom for a week to restock the Charleston Animal Society's food bank and "stuff a Subaru". On Wednesday the 21st, the Charleston Animal Society was in our showroom giving away free spay and neuter certificates to 50 people who brought in a 40lb bag of dog food. With all of this, we were able to restock their food supply for their shelter and foster homes.

October 22: Subaru National Make a Dogs Day - We partnered with Adams Outdoor to have a digital billboard campaign around Charleston to promote "underdogs" in the Charleston Animal Society, Hallie Hill Animal Sanctuary and Pet helpers to help them get adopted.
October 22: Hallie Hill Spay and Neuter Clinic - We were a sponsor of the Hallie Hill Spay and Neuter Clinic which helped bring care for animals to more rural areas.
October 24: Charleston Animal Society Gala - We were a sponsor of the Charleston Animal Society "Applause for Paws" Masquerade Gala. The animal society was able to raise $1.1 million for animals across the Lowcountry!
October 29: Ronald McDonald House Charleston Bag Lady Lunch - The Ronald McDonald House Bag Lady lunch is an annual fundraising afternoon of fashion, food, shopping, and philanthropy. All of this raises critical funds to support families staying at the Ronald McDonald House while their children receive medical care. This year they raised a record-breaking $240,000 to support families at Ronald McDonald House Charleston!
November 1st: SC Stingrays Subaru Family Sunday - Crews Subaru is the automotive sponsor of the SC Stingrays Subaru Family Sunday hockey games.

November 7: LowVelo - We are a sponsor of LowVelo, a cycling event that brings a dedicated group of riders, volunteers, virtual participants, sponsors and staff members together to raise funds for innovative and lifesaving cancer research at the state’s only National Cancer Institute-designated cancer center: MUSC Hollings Cancer Center in Charleston. There are 5 routes for riders to ride from, and they all end at Isle of Palms at the finish festival.

November 11 - 13: LCFB Veterans Day Matching Campaign - We are doing a $10,000 matching campaign with the Low Country Food Bank. Every dollar you donate will be matched up to $10,000. The Lowcountry Food Bank team works in partnership with the Ralph H. Johnson VA Medical Center and Community Resource and Referral Centers to ensure local veterans have consistent access to nourishing meals and critical resources.

November 12 - 14: CFOL Holiday Book Sale - Crews Subaru is the presenting sponsor of the Charleston Friends of the Library Holiday Book Sale at Wando Library.
​November 19: Subaru Share the Love Begins - During the 2026 Subaru Share the Love® Event, from November 19, 2026, through January 4, 2027, Subaru and Crews Subaru will donate a total of $600 to participating charities for every new Subaru vehicle purchased or leased. Crews Subaru is proud to support the Ronald McDonald House Charleston as our hometown charity. For every new Subaru vehicle purchased or leased during the event, Crews Subaru will automatically donate $350 to RMHC. We’ll also donate $5 from every qualifying Subaru service visit throughout the event to support the Ronald McDonald House of Charleston. Subaru will contribute an additional $250 per qualifying vehicle purchased or leased, which customers can direct among the following participating charities: Ronald McDonald House Charleston, ASPCA, Make-A-Wish, Meals on Wheels, and the National Park Foundation.
