At Crews Subaru of Charleston, we love to support and give back to our communities through monthly events. In February, we participated in several key events that helped out communities and shared a little joy. Here are the events we took part in near Mount Pleasant.
The Events We Supported This February
There were several events going on at Crews Subaru of Charleston in February, one of which was our Operation Warm with Jeans Angels. For the Subaru Loves event, we partnered with Jeans Angel to give away coats and other warm garments on February 22nd, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Danny Jones Sports Complex in North Charleston.
Also part of Operation Warm near Goose Creek, we worked with Katrina Carpenter at Jeans Angels. This wonderful woman provided us with socks, blankets, wash clothes, and soap, all of which our team put together as care kits that customers and team members could take and give to unhoused people they may come across in their day.
Other events we participated in were two Stingray hockey games, one on February 16th and the other on February 23rd. The Stingrays won both games, making it a great night in Charleston. Plus, we also held a blood drive on Monday, February 24th, near Summerville.
