DECEMBER 2011 - Crews Subaru, along with Live 5 News, would like to congratulate Ron Gerow as the complete XBOX package lucky winner! Yes, he won an XBOX package with all the trimmings for the holidays. We had dropped some hints on the Crews Facebook site, so we hope people were watching, BUT, keep watching the site as there could be more giveaways down the road. Hint...hint....
2011 Crews Event - Holiday Festival of Lights
NOVEMBER/DECEMBER 2011 - We have given out all our tickets to the 22nd Annual Holiday Festival of Lights! We hope everyone gets them picked up soon and enjoys the lights. Keep in mind, EACH pass is good for one standard-sized vehicle or truck (1 to 15 people). So you can take a large crew through the lights TWICE! This is a great event each year at James Island County Park . If you have not been in the past, it is a must see at the holidays. PLUS, this year, keep an eye peeled for Santa and Rudolph in the old car! Crews Subaru is proud to be sponsoring this light display for this year's event. Take some pictures and post them on our Facebook site !
Here are some picture from the Nov. 10th Holiday Lights Fun Run and Walk. This is the light display we are sponsoring. Santa and Rudolph are driving one of the first production Subarus - and it is still running today!
2011 Crews Event - Celebrity Chili Cookoff
WhhooooWeeee! What a great day at Joe Riley Park! We had a great Crews Subaru of Charleston crowd, joined by the Charleston Animal Society, and many other great sponsors for the 12th Annual Celebrity Chili Cook-off & Oyster Roast ! It was the perfect outdoor celebration to kickoff the holiday season. Over 600 animal supporters from all over the Lowcountry filled the grounds of Joe Riley Park to witness the spirited rivalry between local celebrities and other notables for the coveted champion robe. All while tasting the award winning chili, shucking endless oysters, enjoying local beers from Palmetto Brewery, listening to music from amazing local musicians, and supporting a great cause. Thanks to everyone that helped!
2011 Crews Event - Meals on Wheels
NOVEMBER 2011 - Wow, what a great day at Meals on Wheels. Hard to describe the value this organization serves in our community. Volunteer some time out there and yo will see what we are talking about. We helped prepare and deliver meals as part of Subaru's Share the Love event , and to continue Crews Subaru's effort to give back to the community. Meals on Wheels is one of the five charities you can choose for this year's Share the Love event, and you can still help out through the purchase or lease of a new vehicle or by going to the Subaru of America Facebook site. 2011 Crews Event - Share The Love Tail Gate Pawty Kick Off
NOVEMBER 19th 2011 - We had great time with Q104.5 and the Charleston Animal Society this past Saturday at Crews Subaru to kick off the Share The Love event. A number of owners and pets showed with their dog in the best team gear, and others brought a can of dog or cat food to help fill the Subaru, and Share the Love for the animals of the Charleston Animal Society! Thanks to everyone that came out for the event!
Keep in mind that the Share the Love event is not over! For every vehicle leased or purchased during the event, Subaru donates $250 to one of five charities: American Forests, ASPCA, Make-a-Wish Foundation, Meals on Wheels, and the Special Olympics . You get to pick the charity with your purchase. Subaru is hoping to donate $5 million during this year's Share the Love Event.

2011 Crews Event - Mount Pleasant Beer Fest
NOVEMBER 2011 - We joined the Mellow Mushroom for another great event for Windwood Farm this past weekend. More than 35 local/national breweries, lots of pizza, and musical entertainment by Dubplates . Great day was had by all!
2011 Crews Event - Southern Spirit
OCTOBER 2011 - Super event with FireFly Distillery presenting the Southern Spirit Music Fest Benefitting Windwood Farm Home for Children. This event will featured a great selection of music from 101 Runners, Modern Skirts, Fowler's Mustache, Travis Allison, and Shem Creek! The WEZL 103.5 was there as well!
2011 Crews Event - Paws in the Park
OCTOBER 2011 - This was a great event for the The Charleston Animal Society on OCTOBER 15, 2011 at PARK CIRCLE in NORTH CHARLESTON. Paws in the Park and Walk for the Animals. It was an all-day event featuring a fun walk, games, food, live music and activities for pets and their families. This one day festival will raise money to save countless animals lives, help feed and provide medical care for hundreds of animals, provide a day for education and family togetherness, and bring the community together toward a common cause.

OCTOBER 2011 - We had a fun, but chilly, time at this year's IOP Connector Run and Walk . Congratulations to all runners, walkers, sponsors, and volunteers!

SEPTEMBER 2011 - We had a great time this past Sunday at this year's Green Fair at Marion Square , and we hope you did, too. It was a great opportunity to talk to people about Subaru's efforts in the areas of sustainability, fuel efficiency , and lightening our load on landfills .
